Week in Review 10/01/2010 – 10/07/2010

It was another recovery week and this one actually went as planned (if you can count being chased by Doberman Pincers “planned”).  Here’s how it shook out:

Monday: 6 miles easy

Tuesday: Pyramid workout – 7 miles

Wednesday AM: 35 minutes stationary bike + lower/core strength training

Wednesday PM: 4 miles easy

Thursday: 6 miles easy

Friday: Off

Saturday: 2 miles easy + 5 x 1200 + 7 miles = 13 miles

Sunday: Off

Total: 36 miles
