The next program

Today marks the beginning of my next training program. I’m training for the Seminole Stampede, a 5K in April. I’m sticking with Hal Higdon again. This time, I’m following the Advanced 5K plan. Mondays will always be easy 3 mile runs with strength training and today started off pretty well.

Actual workout

5 minutes warmup

3 miles at 8:34 pace

5 minutes cool down

Full body strength training
