I woke up this morning, slightly sore from yesterday’s 6 mile run.  I took the first half mile slow, but sped up as I approached the park, finishing that mile in 8:24.  I was already feeling winded, so I regretted the fast start at first, but I increased my speed in the second mile, running that in 7:31.  I was really feeling it then, but I continued on and ran the third mile in 7:48.
