Like yesterday, I set out a little faster than I wanted to today.  The prospect today was running to the lakefront park, running three times around the lake, then running back for a total of 5 miles.  I took a single 1 minute walk break at the three mile mark and finished my 5 mile run in 44:38 - a new personal record.
