Today I struggled through my 60 minute run. It was supposed to be a very easy run, so I took the liberty to run 9 minutes and walk 1 minute with the goal of hitting a 10 minute mile pace. At the end, I had to go 8 minutes running, 2 minutes walking.

1 mile warmup

6.21 miles at 9:39 pace

1 mile cool down
