10 Again

On August 11, I ran 10 miles in 2 hours, 7 minutes and 21 seconds.  Last week, I ran 13 miles in just about the same amount of time.  This week, I just barely cleared 1.5 hours for my ten mile run.  I finished in 1 hour, 29 minutes and 58 seconds.  It feels pretty good to have taken a half hour chunk out of a previous time.

There’s no long dramatic present tense description of the run today.  I’ve got too much preparation to do for my dissertation defense on Monday.
